# Humaniser approach

AI text is recognisable by fixed patterns. Remove them, so your text sounds like yours.

## What you take out
- Em dashes: replace with a comma or a full stop
- The construction "not X, but Y": simply write what something is
- Rule of three: no three qualities or promises in a row as a stylistic trick
- Inflated imagery and theatrical one-line sentences
- Vague source references such as "research shows" without a source
- Dangling subjects: every sentence has a concrete subject
- AI words such as transformative, crucial, seamless, facilitate, synergy, holistic
- Flattering openers such as "What a great question"

## How to apply it
Have Claude run the check above after any text longer than three sentences and deliver only the improved version. Include this rule in your global settings.
